The prices
Additional costs for every needed refill of the gas cylinder.
If and how often a refill can be needed depends on the consumption of gas.
Andalusia is well known for its mild climate Klima. That´s why we offer special offers for longtherm stays during winter.
We do appreciate your inquiry!
In case of booking our house, we would like our customers to pay a first installment (25 % of the rent) within 14 days after having subscribed the tenancy agreement.
We kindly ask to assign the paymnet of balance including the deposit of 250,--Euro to our banking-account at least 4 weeks before the term of tenancy begins.
The deposit will be assigned back to the banking-account of our customers within 14 days.
